Sitting Amongst the Boxes!

I recently decided to move to a new apartment. Seems like a great idea ... until you start the process.

The reality is, there are a lot of terrible apartments out there. And after searching high and low, you will finally settle on one apartment that will do. I look back at the process now, and think I was pretty lucky. I looked at 6 different places (terrible places) before I found the gem!

The other reality - packing your stuff up in boxes, really sucks! It's a hard fact to swallow, but we as people collect souvenirs and stuff. Moving makes you face the facts and deal with them. Do I keep those souvenirs? What do they mean to me? When is the last time I looked at them? Do I really need to keep them?

I've come to two conclusions, 1. Packing sucks, and 2. Moving sucks!

So, as I sit amongst the boxes, I remind myself that it will all get better!
